Rajinikanth’s latest film, ‘Jailer,’ is experiencing remarkable success as it enters its fourth week in theaters. The movie is steadily approaching the impressive milestone of Rs 600 crore in worldwide box office earnings and continues to maintain a strong presence at the box office. ‘Jailer’ is poised to enjoy uninterrupted theatrical screenings until September 7 when Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’ is scheduled to hit theaters. On its fourth Sunday, September 4, the film managed to earn a solid Rs 3 crore net in India, a noteworthy achievement for a film in its fourth week.

Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, ‘Jailer’ made its theatrical debut on August 10, generating significant anticipation with its worldwide release in multiple languages.

On September 3, ‘Jailer‘ marked a successful 25-day run in theaters and is still performing strongly at the box office. The film is estimated to have earned Rs 3.05 crore net in India on September 4, bringing the 25-day total to Rs 335.87 crore net at the domestic box office. Meanwhile, the film is on track to cross the Rs 600 crore mark worldwide in its fourth week.

Last week, an unfortunate incident occurred when a high-definition (HD) print of ‘Jailer’ was leaked on social media. In response to the leak, the film’s producers announced the OTT premiere of ‘Jailer’ on Amazon Prime Video, scheduled for September 7, less than a month after its theatrical release.

Jailer,’ written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, is a commercial action entertainer featuring Rajinikanth in the role of Tiger Muthuvel Pandian. The film also stars Vinayakan, Ramya Krishnan, and Vasanth Ravi in lead roles, with Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, and Jackie Shroff making explosive cameo appearances in the film.

Produced by Sun Pictures, ‘Jailer’ boasts music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with cinematography by Vijay Kartik Kannan and editing by R Nirmal, showcasing top-notch technical expertise and craftsmanship.
